Once you have decided which book is for you, use the the order and payment form below. Payment can be made with either Paypal, Visa or Mastercard or alternately send a cheque for the booking fee as per Terms and Conditions to Your Story In A Book, 22 Roxburgh Road, Paisley, PA2 0UG, Scotland, UK. To proceed to payment, please click ‘buy now’ button to submit form.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. A £100 non-refundable booking fee, which will count as part of your total payment, shall be made to Your Story In A Book Limited on ordering your book. A sum of 50 per cent of the balance due shall be paid prior to any interviews being carried out by Your Story In A Book writers. The remaining balance due shall be paid prior to digital proof copy being sent to you. Payment can be made by Paypal, via the link on this page, or by sending a cheque made out to Your Story In A Book Limited to 22 Roxburgh Road, Paisley, PA2 0UG, Scotland, UK.

2. The client shall provide any photographs required to be featured in any book published by Your Story In A Book and it is the client’s responsibility to obtain agreement and permission from the copyright holder for any photographs used.

3. The words and design of any book shall remain the copyright of Your Story In A Book in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

4. The clients grant Your Story In A Book the right to decide on choice of words, photographs and design of pages in any book. A digital version of their book will be sent to clients for checking and to make any amendments or corrections necessary before publication. Further amendments after this stage may incur additional costs.

5. If for any reason of force majeure, Your Story In A Book is unable to fulfil the terms of this contract, liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid, including the initial booking fee.

6. Notice must be given in writing that a client wishes to cancel. If a client cancels sums will still be due to Your Story In A Book as follows - Cancellation before interview - the £100 booking fee. Cancellation after interview - the booking fee, plus the 50 per cent of balance due. Cancellation after approval of book - the whole sum due.
